The kitchen has everything that you will need and is fully equipped. During your stay you will have small appliances, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, crock pot, microwave, air fryer and more!
The additional outdoor kitchen has a sink, grill and a commercial grade BBQ for you to enjoy. You can even pick fresh limes off our beautiful mature lime tree in the back yard! You will see so many birds resting in it's tree branches too!
Our living room theatre seating and big screen TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime is perfect spot for putting your feet up at the end of wonderful day of adventures! Or for those extra guests to lay their heads down on our super comfy pull out double bed.

This includes usage of two large pools, Playa Manthas and Playa Blanca beach access, tennis courts, mini put, children's large playstructure area, admission to the butterfly observatory, acess to restaurants, ping pong, foosball, basketball courts, beach soccer and volleyball courts.

I don't often talk about myself and accomplishments. In this case I'm sure you would like to know more about me as I help you navigate through your vacaction rental experience.
I have 27 years in property management with 23 rentals in Canada. I have spent 15 years as an interior decorator with 7 of those years at Lazboy Furniture Galleries as the manager of a 15,000 sq foot retail store. Prior to my retirement from Lazboy I was their Corporate Trainer for sales staff. I'm definitley a people person and love to engage with new ideas and new learning opportunities. While running this business I was also employed as the Eastern Ontario Manager for a company called Parkbridge. I managed 650 homes for them before I semi retired and bought a fishing resort with my husband. The resort had 23 cottages and 17 boats. It was a true joy to spend our summer's on the lake helping our guests have amazing experiences in nature. We eventually sold that property and moved to Costa Rica to continue our business here.
Over twelve years ago my husband and I started researching Costa Rica as our retirement home. We have made our dream a reality and are very happy continuing our business here on the Pacific Coast. Once we bought our home here and were settled I started volunteering for the Jaco Farmers Market. I created a Facebook page for the vendors and I am now the Marketing Director. I love being able to give back to my community.

~Double Degree in Psychology and Biology with Honours from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
~My most important job ever has been being a dad to our three kids.
I'm a doer that is for sure. I love baseball and coached both Boy's AA baseball and Girl's Competitive Softball. I spent 9 years on the executive of our hometown Little League organization and brought girls softball to our organization. I payed Junior A hockey as a yong lad and coached both girl's and boy's hockey at both the competitive and house league levels.
Hard work is only hard if you don't love what you do.
Pura Vida!
Our children are all grown and working in their own chosen careers back in Canda. They visit us often and have plans on following us to Costa Rica in the future.
